1. Introduction

PhoneShield Pro is owned and operated by PhoneShield Pro Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom with company number 11855821 and registered office at 209 Scott Knoll, Amandaton ML3 8PH.

Product Information

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.

Prices

All prices displayed on the Site are in the specified currency (USD, GBP, or as otherwise indicated) and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify prices for products displayed on the Site at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Order Acceptance and Processing

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

Payment

We accept various forms of payment, as indicated on our checkout page. By submitting an order, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge the account you specify for the purchase amount.

All payments must be made in the currency specified during checkout. You represent and warrant that: (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase; (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company; and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer various shipping methods, which may include standard shipping, express shipping, and international shipping. Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method selected and your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Factors outside of our control, such as customs delays for international orders, adverse weather conditions, or carrier delays, may impact actual delivery times.

Shipping Restrictions

We may not be able to ship to certain addresses or countries. If we are unable to ship to your specified address, we will notify you and refund any payment made.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the destination, and the size and weight of the products ordered. All shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is processed.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to minimum order values or other conditions as specified during such promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. You can use this tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Acceptance of Deliveries

You are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery. If a package appears damaged upon delivery, please note any damage when signing for the delivery or refuse the delivery if possible. Please contact our customer service team immediately to report any damage.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policies are detailed in our separate Refund Policy. By making a purchase from our Site, you agree to the terms of our Refund Policy.

7. Product Warranties

Limited Warranty

PhoneShield Pro products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The duration of the warranty varies by product type:

  • Phone cases: 2-year limited warranty
  • Screen protectors: 1-year limited warranty
  • Other accessories: As specified on the product page

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. It does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the product
  • Damage caused by improper installation or removal
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Damage to the device the product is used with

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and photos if possible. If we determine that your claim is valid under the terms of our warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective product at no charge.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership

The Site and all of its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by PhoneShield Pro, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

License to Use

These Terms permit you to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not:

  • Modify copies of any materials from the Site
  • Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text
  • Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the Site
  • Access or use for any commercial purposes any part of the Site or any services or materials available through the Site

Trademarks

The PhoneShield Pro name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of PhoneShield Pro or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of PhoneShield Pro. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

9. User Content

User Contributions

The Site may contain features that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content, including but not limited to product reviews, comments, and feedback (collectively, "User Content").

All User Content must comply with these Terms and must not:

  • Be false, inaccurate, or misleading
  • Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary right
  • Violate any law, regulation, or contractual obligation
  • Be defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive
  • Promote discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group
  • Be violent or threatening or promote violence or actions that are threatening to any person or entity
  • Promote illegal or harmful activities

License Grant

By posting User Content on or through the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

Monitoring and Enforcement

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by PhoneShield Pro. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.

11. Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PhoneShield Pro, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
